Ever since he commenced service as Chief of the Spokane Office for the State Attorney General in 1970, D. ROGER REED has been vigorously engaged in a complex commercial litigation practice in both trial and appellate courts. Anti Trust, Securities Fraud, Product Liability, Class Actions and Physician Discipline are special areas of focus in his practice.

Mr. Reed is a contributing author to the Washington Civil Practice Handbook (2nd Edition), is a former Chair of the Washington Bar Association’s Litigation Section, and has been a member of the WSBA’s Legislative Committee since 2003. Roger enjoys an AV rating with Martindale-Hubbell.

Roger is an ardent sports enthusiast, runner and basketball referee.
