Ms. Haynes was admitted to the Washington State Bar in 2006. Her practice
focuses mainly on complex commercial litigation, including extensive work
with receivership law and consumer protection. In addition, she has handled
litigation involving construction, insurance bad faith, trade secrets, and
personal injury. She is the current
Secretary for the Spokane County Bar Association’s Young Lawyers’
Division. She was previously a Trustee
for the Spokane County Bar Association’s Young Lawyer’s Division and a
subcommittee chair for the American Bar Association’s Antitrust Litigation
Section.
